Embracing the spirit of the patriots who once fought for liberty, the UOA seeks to dismantle modern-day corruption and usurpations. “Semper Sub Deo - Always Under God” serves as more than just a motto for the Union of Appeals; it symbolizes the unconquerable spirit and unyielding faith of a covenant nation. The UOA draws strength from its Christian faith and remains steadfast in its mission to create a nation that stands firm under the guidance of God Almighty.

Safeguarding the 1st Amendment: Preserving Freedom of Speech and Religion for All Americans
The UOA shall uphold the Constitution and protect the rights of all Americans. Among these cherished rights, the 1st Amendment stands as a cornerstone, guaranteeing freedom of speech and religion. In the face of challenges from some liberal Democrats seeking to undermine these rights, we are determined to secure and reinforce the principles that make our nation strong and united. Freedom of speech is the lifeblood of a vibrant democracy. It allows individuals to express their ideas, opinions, and beliefs without fear of censorship. This “Vanguard for Freedom,” shall defend this fundamental right, ensuring that all Americans can freely express themselves without facing cancel culture or undue suppression. While some liberal Democrats may seek to silence dissenting voices, we firmly believe in fostering open dialogue and encouraging constructive debates. A diverse range of perspectives strengthens our nation and leads to innovative solutions to the challenges we face.

Safeguarding Our Right to Deny Federal Health Mandates: Preserving Individual Health Freedom
We are deeply committed to protecting the fundamental rights of all Americans, including our right to make our own health decisions without consequence as long as it does not result in loss of life. We believe the 14th Amendment protects Americans’ rights to make individual health choices freely, and to-date the Democrat administration has failed to protect these rights. A gross undermining of American's trust occurred when the Biden administration attempted to use OSHA in order to enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The Supreme Court's ruling on the Biden administration's use of OSHA to enforce such laws shot it down. This Supreme Court ruling reinforced the notion that our health decisions should remain in the hands of individuals, not subject to sweeping mandates imposed by the government. We fully support the Supreme Court's decision, reaffirming our commitment to protecting individual health freedom and liberties for all American citizens. This ruling serves as a reminder that we must be vigilant and challenge any future attempts by the Democrats to utilize our Executive Branch to survey our citizens under their skin. That type of leadership will only lead to digital currencies being implanted and enforced due to health code regulations created by the WHO.
Our health decisions are deeply personal and should not be subject to government mandates that infringe upon our liberties. While vaccines may play an important role in public health, imposing blanket mandates raises concerns about individual rights and personal freedoms. The UOA shall empower citizens to make informed choices based on their unique health circumstances and religious beliefs. We're dedicated to promoting voluntary vaccination and providing comprehensive information to the public, without silencing opposing views. We encourage transparency and access to reliable data. On July 27, 2023, Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, released Facebook files revealing the Biden administration demanded Facebook take down certain first amendment protected posts that were contrary to his administration goals on vaccine mandates. We vow to defend the five freedoms and rights protected in the 1st amendment of Constitution of the United States of America; freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press, right to assemble in peace, and the right to petition the government. Not these alone, but all rights granted by God shall be upheld by the UOA, through our vigilance to serve the great American people, in this perverse world. We will work diligently to ensure that justice is served against those who seek to undermine the principles that have guided our nation for centuries. The UOA will collaborate with lawmakers, law enforcement agencies, and the judicial system to ensure that anyone who abuses the rights of our people faces the full force of the law. No one is above the law, particularly those who hold positions to govern. Whether they are public officials, corporate entities, or influential figures, justice must be blind to their status. We will prioritize holding those who violate constitutional rights accountable for their actions, by implementing strict measures and enacting laws that deter any transgressions against our Constitution. We will send a clear message that our Republic is built on principles that demand respect and adherence. Let us stand united in the pursuit of justice, making it clear that no one can tarnish the values that have made America a beacon of hope and freedom for the world.
